Who we are
TheBusinessChange (TBC) runs thebusinesschange.com. For any privacy question or request, write to hello@thebusinesschange.com.
What we collect
When you subscribe: your first name, last name (optional) and email address, the date you gave consent, and which page or link brought you to us (for example a YouTube or LinkedIn link).
Why we use it
To send you the TBC newsletter, briefs and related content you asked for, to address you by name, to unlock full articles on this site, and to understand which channels bring readers so we can improve our content. We never sell your data.
Legal basis
Your consent, given when you tick the box on our signup form (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) in the EU/UK, LGPD Art. 7, I in Brazil). You can withdraw it at any time.
Who processes it
Our hosting and database provider, and our email delivery providers, only to deliver the service. They act on our instructions and may process data outside your country under standard contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After that we keep only what is needed to respect your opt-out.
Your rights
Access, correct, delete, export or restrict your data, and withdraw consent (GDPR, LGPD). California and other US state residents can also ask to know and delete their data; we do not sell or share personal data for targeted advertising. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or write to hello@thebusinesschange.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
